Sox Lose Again, Back to .500

Here we are at .500 again after 2 losses in a row. Jon Lester pitched OK against a horrible offense. But speaking of no offense, the Sox got shutout on 2 hits as they lose the opener to the Twins 5-0. Where's the beef in this lineup? The Sox need to take the next 3 games against the Twins to keep management's hopes alive for a playoff spot. That means weekend starters Doubront, Cook & a Beckett fill-in need to pitch well to give this slumping offense a chance to win. It's seems as if the offense has joined the starting pitchers with inconsistency.
