August Results

So far the Sox have a record of 6-12 in the month of August. In 11 of these 18 games the Sox offense has scored 4 runs or less. In these 11 games where they scored 4 runs or less they have won only 2. So they are 2-9 when scoring 4 runs or less. They are 4-3 when scoring 5 or more runs. As bad as some of the pitching has been, let's not forget that the offense has not produced much this month. Inconsistency reigns.
