Another Loss, Sox Falling Further Behind

It's been an ugly stretch of games for the Red Sox who have a losing record at Fenway Park for the 1st time in 15+ years. The last home stand was 4-6. They have played better on the road & better against the AL Central teams, but not last night. Sox lose to the lowly Indians 5-3. Felix Doubront looks burned out & should probably skip a turn or two. Other than Adrian Gonzalez who is on fire, the offense is sluggish more times than not. As one commenter mentioned, there are only 50 games left. To have any shot, I think the Sox need to be 5 games or less out of a wild card spot by the end of the month. That seems like a tall order for a team reeling with inconsistencies in their daily play which has plagued them all year long.
