Weird Loss

Murphy's Law.  The one time that new left-fielder Hanley Ramirez makes an athletic play on a ball he gets injured.  If Hanley holds onto the ball in the 1st inning,  Buchholz escapes with no runs.  Instead, the Sox give up 2 runs in the 1st, play catch-up all night & lose 5-1.  Ramirez injured his left shoulder going hard into the 3rd base line wall & it is not known how long he may be out, Farrell saying day-to-day after the game.  This snowball of losing games is gathering a lot of momentum.  It will take a big effort by Rick Porcello tonight to stop the bleeding.
