New Blood - Matt Barnes

It's not official yet, but it looks like Matt Barnes will join the Red Sox bullpen in Toronto & take the roster spot vacated by Edward Mujica.  Alternatively, another move could be to bring up Brian Johnson or Steven Wright & move Joe Kelly to the pen.  The addition of Barnes seems move probable since he has been working out of the pen in Pawtucket.  The overworked Sox bullpen could benefit the most from the addition of a new arm with more zip on his fastball.  The Mujica move is just the first of what I think will be several moves over the next few months leading up to the trade deadline.  Between trade possibilities & internal opportunities from AAA the Sox will try all sorts of things to straighten out this rotation & bullpen.  Ben & company still have time to fix this.  Plan B is starting to take shape.
