Time to Make DH Universal

How long are we going to continuing playing with 2 sets of rules?  If Rob Manfred wants to increase offense, you don't need to disallow shifts.  How about making the DH position universal in the NL parks as it is in the AL ones?  It is such a disadvantage for any AL team to go to an NL park & have their pitchers hit.  The lineup is in flux & a good player, like Mike Napoli or David Ortiz, sits the bench.  Is that what fans want to see?  Clay Buchholz at bat instead of David Ortiz?  No, no way.  The NL teams have no problem adding an extra bat to their order when playing in an AL park.  No disruption there, in fact it's a bonus for their team.  So let's get the National League into the 21st century, Rob, & make the DH universal in both leagues.
