Pedroia Looking Healthy

Isn't it nice to see the little guy healthy & hitting balls out of the park?  Dustin Pedroia has 3 homers in 8 games.  He is hitting the ball with power for the first time in several years.  The hand injuries suffered over the past few seasons have finally healed.  And it shows as Pedroia boasts an OPS of almost 1.000.  A productive Mookie Betts & Dustin Pedroia make life easy for Ortiz, Ramirez & Sandoval.  I have said many times that there are very, very few professional athletes who value winning more than personal stats.  Tom Brady is one.  Derek Jeter was another.  And Pedroia is the next name that comes to my mind.  I believe in the quote that personal stats are for teams that lose.  Al Davis had it right - just win, baby, just win.  A winning attitude is what Pedroia brings & it's nice to see him healthy & productive.
