Forget about the fact that Brian Cashman is rebuilding in 2015, a word no Yankee fan with high priced season tickets wants to hear. The Yankees are old. They need to transition the team to be younger. Long-term contracts to Sabathia, Rodriguez, Teixiera, Beltran & others are keeping players well past their prime in the pinstripe uniforms. Tanaka could need Tommy John surgery. Jeter is gone. Mo Rivera is gone. And A-Rod, the poster child who reminds everyone what is wrong with baseball's past, is back. It ought to be a very interesting camp in Yankeeville.
