HE'S BACKKK!
Let the circus begin. Alex Rodriguez will be in Florida soon to start his comeback with the New York Yankees. The Yankees don't want him. MLB doesn't want him. Girardi is between a rock & hard place as to how to use him. Past steroid use. A one-year suspension. Suits against the Yankees, MLB Players Association & MLB. Lawyers unpaid. The New York press counldn't ask for better fodder this spring training. Forget about the fact that Brian Cashman is rebuilding in 2015, a word no Yankee fan with high priced season tickets wants to hear. The Yankees are old. They need to transition the team to be younger. Long-term contracts to Sabathia, Rodriguez, Teixiera, Beltran & others are keeping players well past their prime in the pinstripe uniforms. Tanaka could need Tommy John surgery. Jeter is gone. Mo Rivera is gone. And A-Rod, the poster child who reminds everyone what is wrong with baseball's past, is back. It ought to be a very interesting camp in Yankeeville.
