Sox Win 2 In A Row

Maybe the Red Sox are starting a new streak. The 8 game losing streak is over. Now we have 2 wins in a row in Toronto. A 7-run 11th inning did the trick as the Sox won 11-7. Heath Hembree had a tough bottom of the 11th, giving up 3 runs before getting the final 3 outs. Rubby De La Rosa couldn't get the last out in the 5th which is disappointing. But he limited the damage by the Blue Jays to just 3 runs. Every player in the Red Sox lineup had a hit last night with the top 4 batters having multi-hit nights. Mike Napoli belted a homer for the ages at the Rogers Centre, hitting the upper upper deck to put the game out of reach at 9-4. Later Allen Craig followed with his 1st homer as a Red Sox. Nice to see Craig getting into the offense. The Sox can act as spoilers over the last 30 games with many against the AL East. As my niece said, let's hope that we can finish the season in 4th instead of last.
