Sox Lose Again

Another 3-0 lead goes by the boards as the Mariners put up 7 runs in the 4th to beat the Red Sox 7-3. I was at the game & a couple of players impressed me. Cespedes had a good day at the plate & in the field, throwing out another runner at home. Alex Wilson did a great job in relief of Workman, including hitting Robinson Cano after Ortiz got hit in the arm the inning before. Everyone knew this was coming & he hit Cano right where he needed to - in the butt. Brock Holt was steady at SS & he hit the ball hard a couple of times. After seeing Cespedes play, I hope the Sox can sign him to a long-term deal. The play of the game to me was the strikeout of Napoli with the bases loaded. The Sox never seemed to recover after that. It's going to be a long September.
