What to Do With Brock Holt?

Stephen Drew is ready to join the Red Sox in Cleveland on Monday. Brock Holt has played very well as the Sox leadoff hitter & he has been making all of the plays of late at 3B. Xander Bogaerts has taken off offensively & he has played much better defensively at SS. When you are on a winning streak you hate to see any changes potentially mess up the good karma flowing within the dugout. Superstition I guess. But Drew is set to rejoin the big club for the next series. That means that Holt is odd man out of the starting lineup. Holt may still keep a roster spot which then puts Jonathan Herrera on the hot seat. And what happens when Will Middlebrooks is ready to come back? Lots of questions. Lots of options. I think competition is great motivator & John Farrell will have to sort it all out on daily basis. We will see how some of these questions get answered starting Monday.
