Ortiz Versus Price

You have the arrow. You have the Ed-wing. You have a lot of showboating in baseball these days. I find Ortiz watching a home run to be fairly mild compare to some other players antics in baseball today. David Price did something personal to the detriment of his team. As the ace of the staff, an ace that is not pitching like an ace this year, he needed to deliver a win for his last place, cellar-dwelling team. Instead, he retaliated for something that happened last year. Take away the dumb stuff & it was a very good game, won by the Sox in 10 3-2. Now we are left with personal vendettas between Price & Ortiz - which in the scheme of things means nothing. I blame the umpires for not ejecting Price as they should have after their warnings were given. An ejection may have defused the situation. In the end this is much to do about nothing. Winning games is the focus. And Tampa has not done that so far this year. That's the story that David Price should focus on.
