Machado Pulls A Nuttie

Manny Machado. He takes exception to a tag play made more challenging by his own efforts at eluding. He hits the Oakland catcher twice on his backswings at the plate with no remorse, maybe even with a little grin. Then, he throws his bat down 3rd base line after being pitched in tight. Quite a weekend for the 21 year old! Immaturity at its finest. I wouldn't be surprised if his own fans boo him tonight as they start a 3-game set with the Red Sox. A suspension will be coming, only after it is appealed I'm sure. I thought the O's were the team of Matt Wieders, Chris Davis& Adam Jones. I must have missed the memo about Machado being "the" man in Baltimore who can't be tagged out or pitched into. I hope he gets 10 games & a nice big fine.
