Good Win Over A's

Maybe lady luck is starting to smile on the Red Sox as they beat AL West leaders the Oakland A's last night 7-1. Clay Buchholz looks like he is getting back into form, throwing 6+ innings of 1-run ball. The offense via Dustin Pedroia finally delivered a big hit - a grand slam - to put the game out of reach. And even Edward Mujica pitched a scoreless 8th after the A's rocketed several balls off of him. 2 balls, however, found the glove of Napoli & a great catch by JBJ turned into a double play. You need a little luck to win & the Sox had it last night. Maybe the A's were tired from traveling in from Texas were they swept the rangers. Winning game 1 against a hot team is always good. Now we have Lester & Lackey to go for the series win or even a sweep. Don't give up on May yet. And P.S., the Yankees lost in 14 innings to the Rays.
