Instant Replay - Still Can't Get It Right

First it's pine tar on the pitching hand of Michael Pineda. Now a challenge by John Farrell over a runner off the bag at 2B was not overturned when clearly it should have been. That non-reversal & a few other replays this month show that even the replay umpire in NY is not getting it right. What are you doing, Joe West, eating hot dogs instead of watching? MLB said that the difinitive camera shot was not immediately available to them. It sure was available at Yankee Stadium, so that sounds fishy to me. MLB said the call should have been changed to out. Gee, thanks!
