Buck Looks Back in Form

Clay Buchholz pitched 4 scoreless innings today in a 3-1 win over the Blue Jays. This was his second good outing, albeit with the usual caveat that it's only spring training. Perhaps the bigger story was the return of Rich Hill to the mound in his first appearance since his infant son died. Hill pitched a scoreless inning. Both Jonathan Herrera & Brock Holt, dueling utility candidates, were in the lineup as they continue to battle for a roster spot. All in all, another good day in the Florida sun.
