You listen to the talking heads say that it's really Belichick who is in Manning's head & there may be some truth to that statement. But - like Verlander versus Lackey - history & past performance means nothing. It's all about the team that plays the best on Sunday to advance to the big one. Both teams will try to keep turnovers down. Both teams will try to run enough to set up the passing attack. Both teams know that it may come down to a field goal. Pressure is definitely on Manning to prove that he is more than a regular season, statistical quarterback who can't win in the playoffs.
