Ruiz Back to Phillies, Hudson to Giants

The free agent signing process has begun. Carlos Ruiz goes back to his current team, the Phillies. And Tim Hudson signs with the Giants. With Ruiz signing the focus now turns to Saltie & Pierczyski. Other free agent pitchers include Matt Garza & Ervin Santana. At least that's a few names crossed off the board for Ben & company to pursue further. Other than kicking the tires on both Ruiz & Hudson, I don't think the Sox were that interested in either of the 35+ year old. Let's stay young, Ben.
