Looking for Power Hitters

When Big Papi finishes his career in Boston next year I'm looking within the Red Sox farm system to see where the next big thumper/ big power hitter is coming from. I don't see much that wows me. Instead of looking at slugging percentages, I decided to focus solely on the long ball. At Portland last year there was Michael Almanzar (3B) & Travis Shaw (1B) with 16 home runs each. At Pawtucket there was Bryce Brentz (RF) with 17 homers & Dan Butler (C) with 14. Unless one of these guys stirs things up next year with 25-30 dingers I think we are looking at Ben trading one or two of all those pitchers he drafted for a big bopper. No one player will ever replace Big Papi as a true DH, but there may be opportunities to rotate different players through the DH spot like most other teams. I'll take a look at free agents that might be available in the next year or two.
