Life Without Vince for Pats

Big Vince Wilfork had his surgery to repair his Achilles tendon. All signs point to a return to the football field by Wilfork in 2014. The Pats will never be able to replace Vince with one player, so they will use a combination of players on a situational basis. After Vince got hurt in the Falcons game the Pats continued to stop the run with a combination of linemen, along with Mayo & Spikes behind the line. The Pats don't get a break this week as they play against a much-improved Cincinnati Bengals team on the road Sunday. Let's see what Bill can cook up for the Bengals to keep their offense in check. Brady & Co. will have a tough job moving the ball against another good defense.
