Game Time for Sox

The Boston Red Sox get back to work this afternoon as they take on AL East rival Tampa Bay in the ALDS. Jon Lester versus Matt Moore. While I would like nothing more than a 3 game sweep by the Red Sox over Joe Maddon's Rays, I was thinking yesterday that it may come down to Buccholz & Peavy being better than Cobb & Archer. If the Sox earn a split in games 1 & 2, I have every confidence that Buck & Peavy can outpitch Cobb & Archer in Tampa Bay. And the Sox offense will win the day over the Rays offense as they have all year long. Don't look for anything less than a great effort by this 2013 Red Sox team today.
