Cards Prospect Accuses Lester of Doctoring Ball

My buddy Steve just sent me an article that a pitching prospect from St. Louis is accusing Lester of doctoring the ball last night. Really, St. Louis, is that why you couldn't field the ball or why you gave up so many hits to the Sox offense? This is crap, pure crap. Ever notice how many times the ball is changed during a game, never-mind during one at bat. It hits the ground or it's fouled off, a new ball goes in. The Cardinals batters could have asked to check the ball, but no one did. Why not man up, Cards prospect, & just say we got our asses beaten to a pulp last night because we choked. Stop looking for excuses as to why your team peed their pants in game 1. Weenie!
