Several Teams Still Alive in AL

The amazin' Oakland A's won again last night to pull within 1 game of Boston for the best record in the AL. The A's are 8-2 in their last 10 games. Both Boston & Oakland have 5 games remaining. The Red Sox have 2 against Colorado & 3 against Baltimore. Oakland has 2 left with the Angels & 3 against the Mariners. The best record in the AL may go right down to the wire on Sunday. The AL wild card is still very interested as well. Tampa Bay & Cleveland hold the 1st 2 spots as we start the last week of the season. Texas is 1 back, KC is 3 back, New York is 4 back & Baltimore is 5 back. All 4 of these chasing teams have 6 games left. New York & Tampa Bay start a huge 3 game series tonight. The wild card will most definitely go down to Sunday & there is a possibility of a tie, creating an additional play-in game before the wild card game. It should be an exciting last week to the regular season.
