Morneau & Young Moved

Justin Morneau is now a Pirate. Michael Young is now a Dodger. Both players became expendable due to their high contracts & neither the Twins nor the Phillies saw a need to keep these players for next year. Morneau will definitely help a Puirates team with needed offense as they struggle to keep their playoff hopes alive in September. Young joins a collection of has-been's in LA where money is no object. However, Young will add a veteran presence for a playoff run. Neither guy would have ever made it to Boston & both veterans now get one more chance to play meaningful baseball in September. Good for them.
