Blue Jays 2, Red Sox 1
Lots of baserunners. Only 1 run. The Sox will look back on this series in Toronto as missed opportunities. Red Sox strand 11 runners last night - 33 in the 3 games - to lose 2-1. Jake Peavy pitched a great game & deserved to win - like we have said about John Lackey many times. At least Dustin Pedroia came out of his funk with a 3 hit performance. Sox return home for a weekend series against the Yankees. Andy Pettitte & Felix Doubront square off in game 1. With 39 games left every one is a big game.

How many of our guys have been thrown out at home this year?? Our 3rd base coach must be waiving at friends in the stands and the runners are getting confused. How ese can you explain it?
