Aceves Off 40-Man Roster

Alfredo Aceves doesn't seem to be a long-term player for the BoSox. He was removed from the 40-man roster, placed on waivers & no one claimed him. What does that tell you? Maybe his recent mysterious rib injury that allowed him to pitch only 2 outs instead of going much longer in a game had something to do with it. Farrell hasn't taken his crap all year & now Alfredo is on the outside looking in. No Bobby Valentine this year. Shape up or ship out. Looks like Alfredo will be shipping out. Good by me.
