A-Rod Getting Plea Deal?

A-Rod decided to skip his rehab start yesterday after talking to MLB officials about his impending suspension for PED use in Miami. The word is that MLB is offering A-Rod a plea deal of a 150-game suspension. If MLB lets him go retroactive to the start of this year, it's really a slap on the hand as A-Rod is nowhere near playing shape yet. Given his propensity for malingering, A-Rod probably would have missed this whole season anyways. And what about the other 20 guys like Gio Gonzalez, Nelson Cruz & Melkey Cabrera? Is everyone getting a deal or just A-Rod? It's a mess! Clean players want these guys suspended. But MLB needs to keep fans in the seats. At what cost though? We don't need anymore high school & college athletes dying from PED use. The A-Rod's of the world are a poor, poor example for kids to emulate.
