A-Rod & 8 Other Players to be Suspended

MLB is finally ready to hand down suspensions for violations of the league's PED policy. A-Rod is leading this cast of characters into the hall of shame. Not only did A-Rod allegedly use PED's supplied by Biogenesis, rumor has it that he also recruited other players like a salesman for Biogenesis. I wonder if he got a commission? If A-Rod appeals, Bud Selig said that he will invoke his powers as commissioner to keep him from playing this year. MLB is trying to clean up the whole PED situation as the pennant races get into full swing over the remaining 60 days. No one wants a cheater making a contribution to a playoff berth or a World Series win. It's taken awhile, but MLB is doing the right thing by issuing suspensions now. Heck, the Tigers traded for Iglesias because Perralta is one of the other 8 players who will be suspended. Let's get it over & done.
