Victorino, Middlebrooks Almost Back

Shane Victorino may need a few extra days after Wednesday. Will Middlebrooks is on track for a return on Saturday. Victorino's return means less playing time for Gomes & Carp. JBJ becomes the odd man out & goes back to Pawtucket, unless Ellsbury goes onto the DL. Daniel Nava should continue to play regularly because of his bat. Middlebrooks' return will force John Farrell to make a hard decision between demoting Jose Iglesias or Pedro Ciriaco. Depth is a wonderful thing & these replacement players have done a wonderful job. Farrell has some tough decisions to make, all the while keeping everyone happy & motivated.
