Where's the Arrow?

Hey, Fernando Rodney, where's the arrow? Take your crooked hat & eat crow after blowing a save to the Red Sox last night. Sox rally from a 3-1 deficit to score 3 runs off Rodney in the 9th & win 4-3 to take the series. It's the first series win in awhile for the Sox who may be coming out of their recent slump. In the 9th several walks & a huge 2 out, 2 strike base-clearing double by Will Middlebrooks sank Rodney & the Rays. As Eck said last night, it's only 1 win, but what a big one as it brings the Sox within 1 game of the Yankees who lost to Seattle. This win also gives the Sox the turnaround they needed to win an AL East series & move onto Minnesota tonight. Felix Doubront needed lots of help from the pen, but the Sox bullpen got it done. Junichi Tazawa was also huge in this game, pitching a scoreless 8th & 9th. Momentum is once again with the Sox. Thank you, Rodney! ------> Arrow to you!

On his previous K, he threw 2 fastballs by then got em with a change, in the strike zone. So he throws 2 fastballs by Middlebrooks, and follows it with a change in the zone. Middlebrooks took the arrow the other way. Not too smart and way too cocky!
