The Comeback
One Boston team that plays on grass couldn't pull out a series win over Toronto this weekend. Another Boston team that plays on ice made a comeback to be remembered over Toronto to advance in the Stanley Cup playoffs after a heart-stopping 5-4 comeback win in overtime. If you are a sports fan, no matter what sport, you have to applaud the effort of the Boston Bruins. Down 4-1 in the 3rd they came back to tie the game 4-4 in regulation with less than a minute to play. Then in OT the relentless work of the Bergeron - Seguin - Marchand line culminates with a goal by Bergeron to send the Maple Leafs packing. It's not quite 2004 & the Red Sox 3-0 comeback on the Yankees which led to their first World Series win in 86 years, but it is still pretty special. With the Red Sox struggling, the Celtics out of the playoffs & the Patriots not started yet, the Bruins are "the" team in Boston for the month of May. Good luck to the black & gold the rest of the way!
