Sox Lose 3-2
Lots of opportunities. Just didn't cash in. And Jacoby Ellsbury makes the last out again. Because the pitchers - Clay Buchholz & yes, Junichi Tazawa - kept the Blue Jays under 5 runs this was a tight game. The offense fumbled all day against Mark Buehrle, swinging for a lot of pitches outside the strike zone. Good pitching by Lester & Buck the last 2 games has kept the Sox in this series in which they are 1-1. If Dempster can follow suit & the offense picks it up today, we can win a series which is a step in the right direction after getting swept in Texas & going 1-3 against the Twins. No question that we got spoiled by a 20-8 start in April. May has not gone well at all so far, but a series win is definitely possible. Let's win today.
