Things You Don't See on TV

You don't see a service man or woman sing the national anthem & get a standing ovation. You don't see the cute elderly couple who bring their scorebook to the game & keep track of every hitter & every play. You don't get to see a very little boy with his baseball glove move to the aisle in the ready position in case there is a foul ball. And you don't get to see the young vet with a mechanical leg hold up his baby daughter & play with her while attending the game with his grateful wife that he is still alive. We are a nation of couch potatoes & I do my share of watching games on TV. But, If I can, attending a live game is always better - just for some of the examples above.
