There's a song that my grandson likes that goes "move along, move along like I know you will." Good advice for the Red Sox. Assume that David Ortiz is done. Now move along & figure out what you were planning to do when his contract was up. Big Papi & A-Rod may be looking on from the bench (or home) most of this season. Egg on your face, Ben Cherington, for extending Ortiz 2 more years without a full medical report on him.
