Spring Training Games Start

I'm lucky enough to be going to a Spring Training game today. After all these years it's still exciting to kick-off another season of hope. As they say, hope springs eternal. Baseball is a wonderful distraction, a 3-hour break from Washington partisan gridlock, from corporate greed & from nuclear proliferation by North Korea & Iran. You can only imagine how hard it is for the families in Newtown, CT to get along with their everyday lives. So if you are one of the lucky ones to watch a baseball game in person or on TV, count your blessings. I know I'm am.
