Odd Couple - Jeter & A-Rod

Derek Jeter is working his way back from a broken ankle sustained in last year's playoffs. A-Rod is recovering from hip surgery amidst new allegations of more PED use. What an odd couple! Jeter is Mr. Yankee & he has the respect of teammates & opposing players for playing hard every day, running out his ground balls & for fostering a winning attitude & culture. A-Rod will set numerous individual records & he has the largest contract in baseball history, even though his bat rarely shows up in the playoffs. Since A-Rod's arrival the Yankees have managed only 1 World Series ring. (The Red Sox have 2!) Jeter & A-Rod play on the left side of the infield next to each other for 6 months straight. They are truly Oscar & Felix. I wonder how much better the Yankees could have been without A-Rod.
