Pats Advance 41-28 Over Texans

No Gronk. No Woody. No problem. The Patriots team banned together & won a hard-fought playoff game against the Texans to advance to the AFC Championship Game next weekend against the Baltimore Ravens. Guys like Rob Ninkovitch, Shane Vereen, Aqib Talib, Stevan Ridley, Wes Welker, Vince Wilfork all had good games & contributed to a big win. But the biggest mismatch was Tom Brady over Matt Schaub. The Pats took away the run game from Arien Foster & made Schaub beat them with the pass. Schaub was good at time & did rack up yards, but he couldn't do it consistently which is what Bill & the Pats D counted on. Meanwhile, Tom Brady took his hits instead of throwing the ball away & he picked apart the Texans D, several times while they were still getting to the line of scrimmage. It was a vintage Brady game & great Patriots win. Next weekend it's anything goes against the Ravens.
