Swisher to Indians

I'll take Jonny Gomes for 2 years & $10 million versus Nich Swisher at 4 years & $56 million. Tito & the Indians shelled out big for the former Yankee 1B/OF. The deal includes a vesting option for a 5th year at $14 million. Not a bad payday for Nick Swisher. There is no recession & no concern about the fiscal cliff in MLB.
