NFL Backs Game-Ending Call

What a bunch of crap! The NFL office released a statement backing up the ref's call of a simultaneous catch in Seattle. What game were they watching? What's next - is the NFL going to promise world peace? They are worse than politicians who get caught with their pants down. One commentor to the blog yesterday mentioned the casual fan will stop watching or a weekend game not involving a local team will start to suffer in the TV ratings as a first sign of disgust by fans. My thought is that the players need to rebel through their union. How about a work stoppage until the regular refs are back? The "product" is certainly sullied from numerous bad calls & the players can accurately cite safety reasons for the stoppage. I don't agree with Michael Felger often, but he is right this time that nothing will change until the owners lose revenue.
