Bailey, Padilla Implode in 9th

A closer & set-up guy had a bad night. Andrew Bailey & Vicente Padilla combined for a 6-run 9th by the Rays & a 7-4 loss. Clay Buchholz deserved a better fate - again. The Rays needed a win to keep their fading chance of a wild card berth alive. I hope that the O's come into Fenway this weekend & win all 3, just to keep the pressure on the Yankees. And by the way, Jose Iglesias has 3 hits, including a homer. Not bad for a kid who couldn't get a ball out of the inflied all year.
