Other teams started pulling off trades for the stretch run yesterday while the Red Sox continued their train wreck in Texas with no activity as the trade deadline approaches. The Yankees got Ichiro Suzuki from the Mariners. Ryan Dempster is supposedly headed to the Braves. The Tigers got Annibel Sanchez & Omar Infante from the Marlins. Worthwhile to note that the Sox had been interested in Sanchez from the Marlins. The Sox are also supposedly interested in Josh Johnson from the Marlins. They better settle on a couple of guys like Johnson & Garza soon before they have nothing to pick from. Other teams are pulling the trigger.
