Pedro Ciriaco is batting .500 against the Yankees this year. He is to the Yankees what Russell Martin is to the Red Sox - a pain in the team's side. Ciriaco's bloop hit in the 10th turned into the game winner as the Sox win 3-2 in the Bronx & take the series. Don't get excited! We're back to .500 for the umteenth time this year. But it was a nice pitching performance by Felix Doubront who deserved a win. The Sox did enough this weekend to keep this team intact at the trade deadline. In a way, too bad. But it's always fun to beat the Yankees.
