Blue Jays 6, Sox 1

No offense. Defense kicking & throwing the ball around. Starting pitching that puts the Sox in a 4-0 hole after 2 innings. All this leads to a 6-1 loss in the opening game against division rival Toronto. Nothing went right. And this against a Blue Jay team without Jose Bautista in the lineup. Beckett continues to be very average with a good game, a so-so game like last night & a stinker thrown in every 4th or 5th start. He is not performing consistently like a #1 or #2, even though he is being paid like a #1 or #2. That's a problem.
