Add Insult to Injury

It was one of those frustrating nights for Ryan Sweeney. Nothing went right at the plate. In his last at-bat a 3rd strike got by Aviles at the plate & Sweeney was called out at 1st on a close play. Frustrated by his strike out & frustrated by being called out at first, he punch a door & probably broke his hand. Lesson learned for Sweeney who will earn a return trip to the DL. I think Ryan Sweeney has brought a lot to this team as the 4th outfielder, platooning with Cody Ross. Earlier in the year he got a concussion from a great catch that sent his head into the right center wall. He plays hards. He's a gap hitter. The Sox will miss him. And he will learn a valuable lesson for the future. Anger management.
