Red Sox Lose, Celtics Win

In a back & forth game which Jon Lester pitched well enough to win the Red Sox bullpen under-achieved & caused an 8-6 loss to the O's. The Sox just can't seem to tame the birds from Baltimore this year. Even after a dramatic 2-out homer by Salty in the 9th to tie the game 6-6, Alfredo Aceves gave up 2 in the 10th to lose the game. Dustin Pedroia returned to the lineup with mixed results & Daniel Bard was optioned back to Pawtucket for a time out from the big league to find himself. Down in Miami the Heat bungled the last 2 minutes creating a Celtics win 94-90 to take a 3-2 lead in their series. LeBron was nowhere to be found again at the end & D-Wade put up a brick for a 3-point try with time running out. The noose is tightening around the Heat's necks as they now come to Boston for game 6 on Thursday. Go Celtics!
