Ortiz Pounds the Media

David Ortiz went all nutty yesterday on the Boston media. His point is taken that, even amidst a 5-game winning streak, the media continues to hound Red Sox players about a toxic or disruptive clubhouse. So far all the players have stuck together. And maybe it was time for someone like Big Papi to b---- slap the press. Sportswriters aren't happy unless they can scoop a juicy story for ratings, even if half fabricated or more. I think it's good to put the sports paparazzi back onto reporting what goes on on the field. And things have been good lately on the field.
