Sox Win Series in Baltimore

Another terrible start by Daniel Bard. If not for some key outs, he could have given up 10 runs in 5 innings. Bard has no control as evidenced by the number of walks & hit batsmen. He needs to go to the pen. Despite another poor start, the Sox prevailed 6-5 thanks to the bottom 3rd of the order making big contributions offensively. Nava, Podsednik & Shoppach all went yard in the win which keeps the Sox at .500. Maybe the worst is over, even with a make-shift outfield.
