Sox Lose Late 6-4

Sox lose. No fireworks by the offense last night. Bard take a 4-3 lead into the bottom of the 8th. He walks the first 2. Albers comes in to pitch to Billy Butler. Butler hits the 4th pitch into the left field bleachers. Game over. In my mind it was the 2 walks that killed us, not the home run. For good measure add Middlebrooks injuring his hamstring. He is taken out after hitting a double & scoring. The rookie is day-to-day. Just an ugly way to lose. Maybe Lester can salvage the series with a good performance tonight.
