Nice Start for Middlebrooks

Will Middlebrooks had a nicve debut at 3B for the Sox in their loss to Oakland last night. A walk, stolen base, infield hit & double gave him a 2-3 night hitting out of the #8 spot. Will looks to be an adequate replacement for Youk while his back mends. By next year Middlebrooks will be vying to become the regular 3B. Competition is good.
