Both Daniel Bard & Alfredo Aceves pitched 2 shutout innings against the Orioles yesterday. The pitchers seem to be coming along nicely as far as getting their work in without injuries. That was especially important with Clay Buchholz on Monday.
No one questions that the Red Sox offense will produce. It's up to the pitching staff to rebound in 2012.
Other than that, don't worry about results. Remember that Spring Training is just what the name implies - training.
